The reserve

10% of every launch, held at the launch price

This is the whole point of the pad. The treasury does not sell its dev buy on the curve. It parks it, publishes the price it paid, and lets the family buy it back at exactly that price — no markup, no gated list, no favours.

Why it's worth anything

One price stops,
the other keeps going

The reserve price is written into the launch record from the transaction itself. The curve price moves on every trade after it. Everything the family gains is the distance between those two lines.

Rules, stated plainly

Four rules, no asterisks

01
The price
The FOMO price is exactly what the treasury paid on the bonding curve at launch. It is written into the launch record, shown on every coin page, and never changes.
02
The size
10% of supply. The treasury's on-chain balance is the source of truth and the ledger holds the commitments — a sale happens only when both agree.
03
The caps
2 SOL per wallet per coin, 0.05 SOL minimum order. Keeps one wallet from hoovering the reserve and keeps the family spread wide.
04
The proof
Every sale is two on-chain transactions: your payment into the treasury, and the reserve transfer back out. Both are linked in the ledger. Nothing settles twice.
How a buy settles

Two transactions, both yours to check

01
Quote
You enter SOL. The server quotes tokens at the launch price and checks the reserve and your cap.
02
Intent
An order is reserved for you for 15 minutes, with the exact amount owed.
03
Pay
Your wallet signs one transfer to the treasury. The server builds it unsigned; nothing custodial.
04
Settle
The scan matches your payment, claims it atomically, and the treasury sends the tokens back.
